I keep seeing people say the standard box won't have a map and it's bugging me. Every GTA I've bought had that folded map on the wall eventually. Vice City, San Andreas, V, all of them. If Rockstar really is skipping it this time, I need a way to get one without buying some overpriced collector's edition.

What I'd love is a standalone "Welcome to Leonida" pack on the Rockstar Warehouse closer to launch. Just a physical bundle for people who want the tourist stuff. A large poster map of Leonida, some postcards from Vice City and the Keys, maybe a little tourist guide that reads like an in-universe brochure. The kind of thing you'd actually pick up at a gas station in the game.

Throw in an Ocean View Hotel keychain, a Vice City Manatees bumper sticker, a Metro card or map. Small stuff that makes the world feel real on your desk. I don't need a statue or a duffel bag. I just want the paper and the little trinkets.

What would you actually pay for in a pack like that?

The folded map died with the last generation, I'm convinced. V's map lived on my wall for years. Now you get a download code and a health warning on the inlay.

Your tourist pack idea is good, which is exactly why I don't trust it. Rockstar would charge forty bucks for paper and a keychain, call it limited, and scalpers would clear the Warehouse in four minutes. The Vintage Vice City Pack being a digital pre-order bonus tells you where their head is at. Trinkets cost money to make, codes are free.

I'd still pay for the map alone if it was double sided, proper paper, no marketing guff on the back. Postcards from the Keys, fine. The gas station brochure is a nice touch. Just don't let them price it like the Ultimate Edition taught them anything.
