Solo stealth Kortz Center finale, sewer entry, no hazmat — all three awards in one run

GTA Series Videos just put up a no-commentary walkthrough for the Kortz Center finale. Solo, full stealth, sewer entrance, Manchez exit. No hazmat suit, no getting spotted. They knocked out all three awards in a single run: One Man Job, Who's There?, and Dirty Work.

I've been messing around with the heist since the update dropped, and the sewer approach always felt like the trickiest to keep clean. The gas damage ticks fast and the guard patrols in that lower level are tight. Watching this, they make it look almost lazy. The route through the basement is super methodical, and the Manchez exit skips a lot of the chaos topside.

What I'm curious about is the timing. They didn't use the hazmat suit, so you're on a health timer the whole way. I tried it twice and got gassed out before I even reached the vault. Maybe I'm just bad at managing snacks. The video doesn't show any commentary, so you have to watch the minimap and movement cues closely. Still, it's a solid reference if you're grinding the awards.

Anyone else managed to get Dirty Work without losing their mind? I feel like the payout bump for solo players makes it worth the pain, but I'm not sure I have the patience for a perfect run.
