biohazard outbreak community mission is live with 3x gta$ and rp, anyone grinding it?

GTA Series Videos just put up a no commentary walkthrough for Biohazard Outbreak, the new community mission by lezou_playzzz. It's the 17th one in their Community Mission Series, and it's running with 3x GTA$ and RP for a limited time on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC Enhanced.

I haven't jumped in yet but the name sounds like it could be a zombie or virus themed job. The last few community missions have been hit or miss for me. House Hunting was decent, Chiliad Anomaly was weird but paid well. This one might be worth checking out just for the triple rewards.

I'm still mostly waiting on GTA 6 news but these 3x weeks keep pulling me back into Online. The grind never stops. Anyone tried Biohazard Outbreak yet, and is it actually fun or just a quick cash grab?
