EU crew planning — CET evening grind, who's in?

So the November 19 launch is a Thursday, which means most of us EU folk are either taking Friday off or grinding late into the night. But the bigger issue is longer-term: every crew I've joined in GTA Online eventually morphs into a US East Coast operation. Raids start at 9 PM EST, which is 3 AM for us. Not sustainable.

I want to actually experience the heist content, the coordinated stuff, without wrecking my sleep schedule or being the groggy fifth wheel on someone else's clock. Lucia and Jason's story deserves better than that.

So here's the pitch: anyone want to start hashing out an EU-based crew NOW so we're not scrambling in November? CET evenings, maybe 7-11 PM window. Enough time for a proper session without turning into a zombie the next day.

I'm on PS5, if that matters for platform planning. No idea if crossplay's happening but I doubt it at launch.

Also genuinely curious — for folks who've done this before in Online, what's the sweet spot for crew size? Too small and you can't fill a session, too big and it gets cliquey. I'm thinking 12-15 active players keeps things flexible.

Drop your timezone, platform, and whether you're day-one or weekend warrior. Let's get something structured going before the flood hits.

12-15 is about right for active players, but the real number that matters is reliable players. I've run with 20-person crews where only 6 showed consistently. Better to start tight and expand than carry dead weight on the roster.

One thing to sort early: role assignments. If you've got two people who only want to run point, you're wasting sessions arguing over it. Build a spreadsheet now—driver, hacker, crowd control, support—and figure out who's flexible. Makes payout splits cleaner too when everyone knows their job.

7-11 PM CET is solid. Enough runway for recon + full runs without burnout.

PS5, CET, day-one. In.

Good point on reliable vs. rostered. I've seen crews with 30 members that couldn't fill a Cayo run on a Tuesday because half were "maybe tomorrow" types.

7-11 PM CET is solid

That's actually prime time for max profit-per-hour if they structure anything like Online's cooldowns. Back when we were grinding Cayo perico, a 4-hour window could net you 2-3 solos OR one full heist with change. Depends how they gate the big scores this time.

PS5, GMT, day-one. Down to run numbers on payout splits before people start arguing over cuts mid-job.
