insider gaming's ultimate edition piece is another empty page
Saw Insider Gaming put up a piece called "GTA 6 Ultimate Edition: Is It Worth Paying More?" and thought maybe we'd finally get a proper breakdown. Nope.
The whole thing is one sentence saying if you're on the fence, consider how many extras it comes with, then a link to the article itself. No list. No price comparison. No "here's what $20 extra gets you." Just a teaser and a circular link.
We already know the basics from the pre-order rollout. Standard is $79.99, Ultimate is $99.99, and both come with the Vintage Vice City Pack as a pre-order bonus. But what actually separates the Ultimate beyond that? Nobody at Insider Gaming bothered to say.
This is the third or fourth time they've done this in the last few weeks. The trailer timeline was empty. The protagonist ranking was a link farm. The release date piece had no times. At this point I'm starting to think their GTA 6 coverage is just SEO bait.
I'm not against paying extra for the Ultimate Edition. If the extras are real, I'll consider it. But this article doesn't move the needle either way. It's a headline with a question mark and nothing behind it.
I'll wait for Rockstar to spell out the edition differences themselves. Until then, $20 is $20.
