GTA 6 taking Dead Eye and Honor System from RDR2, what else have you spotted?

Saw a Dexerto article about RDR2 features showing up in GTA 6 and the headline alone got me hyped. Dead Eye and the Honor System are the two they called out, and honestly both make a ton of sense for Vice City.
Dead Eye I can totally see working with Lucia and Jason. The Extended Look had a few shootout moments where time seemed to slow down for a second, but I wasn't sure if that was just cinematic editing or an actual mechanic. If it's a real thing, I'm curious how they balance it. RDR2's Dead Eye was almost too powerful once you leveled it up, but in a modern setting with automatic weapons it might feel different.
The Honor System is the one that really has me thinking. We already know about the criminal profile system from the previews, and that sounds like RDR2 honor but with a Vice City twist. In RDR2 you could be a saint or a total bastard and the world reacted. If GTA 6 does something similar, I wonder if it'll affect how NPCs treat you, what missions open up, or even the ending. Rockstar loves that kind of branching narrative stuff now.
What other RDR2 features do you think made the jump? I keep thinking about the witness system, where NPCs run off to snitch if they see you doing something shady. That would be brutal in a dense city like Vice. Or maybe the weapon degradation, though that might get annoying with modern guns. The article only teased those two, but I bet there's more buried in the Extended Look if you pay attention.
Anyone else catch anything that felt straight out of Red Dead?
