a tip for dodging gta 6 spoilers on reddit if you can't play at launch

Saw this on the sub and thought it was worth sharing, especially with release creeping up. The idea is pretty straightforward. If you use Reddit Enhancement Suite on desktop, you can set up keyword filters that hide posts containing certain words. So you'd add things like GTA VI, GTA 6, Grand Theft Auto, Rockstar, Leonida, Lucia, Jason, whatever you think might give something away.

That way you can still scroll reddit for all the other stuff you follow without getting hit with a spoiler in a random thread title or a comment that someone didn't tag. I know a lot of us are going to be playing from the second it unlocks, but for people with jobs, kids, exams, or just slow internet, this seems like a pretty painless way to keep the story fresh until you can actually sit down with it.

I'm probably going to set mine up the night before and then just avoid the gaming subs entirely for a few days. The day one spoiler wave is going to be brutal, and I'd rather not have the whole plot spelled out in a meme before I even leave the starting area.

Anyone else got a plan for staying unspoiled, or are you just embracing the chaos and accepting you'll see everything online first?
