Miami Heat and GTA 6 collab brings Vice City court and uniforms

Insider Gaming just dropped that there's a GTA 6 collab with the Miami Heat. New court, new uniforms, and apparently more stuff they haven't detailed yet.

I'm not gonna lie, this feels like the most obvious crossover ever. The Heat already play in Miami, and Vice City is basically Miami with the serial numbers filed off. Rockstar leaning into that connection for the real NBA team is kind of perfect. I'd love to see what the court looks like. Is it neon pink and teal? Do the jerseys say Vice City on them instead of Miami? The Heat already had those Vice Nights city edition jerseys a few years back, so this is probably a natural extension.

What I'm wondering is whether this is just a real world marketing thing, or if it hints at something in the game. Like, could we see a basketball team in Leonida with a similar vibe? The source doesn't say anything about in game content, so I don't want to get ahead of myself. But Rockstar has done sports collabs before, and they usually stay pretty separate from the actual game world. Still, a Vice City themed Heat game during the launch window would be a fun way to build hype.

Also, the fact that this is coming out now, less than two months before release, makes me think Rockstar is about to ramp up the marketing hard. We've had the extended look, the merch boxes, and now this. It's starting to feel real. I'm just waiting for them to announce some kind of in game event or bonus for people who follow the collab.

Anyone else hoping the Heat actually wear these jerseys for a real game? That would be wild to see on TV.
