Push Square put up a GTA 6 release times and preload guide for PS5

Push Square just dropped a guide covering GTA 6 release times and preload stuff, mainly for PS5 since that's their whole thing. I clicked through expecting hard numbers, but the article seems to be more of a landing page right now with a table of contents and a link to the full piece. Still, it's a reminder that we're finally at the point where guides like this matter.

We all know the game hits November 19, and pre-orders have been live since late June. But I haven't seen Rockstar or Sony officially say when preload starts. Some threads here mentioned preloads kicking off around the same day as that union vote thing, so maybe it's already rolling out for some people. If so, my PS5 is ready. I've already cleared a ton of space after seeing the file size reports floating around.

What I really want to know is whether it's a global simultaneous launch or rolling by region. The guide title says "release times" so hopefully they break down exactly when you can start playing based on where you live. I'm in the US east coast, so if it's midnight local I'll be up all night. If it's some weird staggered thing, I might just go to bed and wake up early.
