bike storage, single seat heists, and what the second character actually does when you split up

Been going through the extended look frame by frame and I keep coming back to the bikes. We've seen choppers, dirt bikes, sport bikes. No adventure bikes or anything with saddlebags yet. They made a big deal about realistic storage, so if a bike has bags, will they actually open? Or is it just cosmetic?

And the single seat thing has me confused. All the heist footage shows two people in a car or on a bike together. What happens if you want to pull a job with two dirt bikes? Does Lucia just hop on the back of Jason's bike even though it's a single seater? Does she steal her own car? Or is that just not an option?

The second character driving is the one I really want to know about. When the other protagonist takes the wheel, can you tell her to split off or stick with you? If the road is blocked, does she actually reroute and try to lose the cops, or does she just plow through everything like an NPC from 2013?

I know nobody's played it yet, but Rockstar's been weirdly quiet on this stuff. They showed the radio stations and the map but nothing about how the two protagonist system handles vehicles in free roam.

If you had to guess, do you think Rockstar will let us put actual items in bike bags or is that too much detail even for them?
