NPC injury reactions could make GTA 6 feel way more alive

Been thinking about the little things that'll sell the world. Not the big set pieces or the radio stations, but how regular NPCs react when stuff goes sideways.

Like, you shoot some random pedestrian in the leg or the gut. In most GTA games they just crumple and make the same generic pain sound. What if GTA 6 actually makes them process it? Someone screaming "what the hell, you shot me!" or begging you not to do it again. Another one gets angry and starts cussing you out while they're bleeding on the sidewalk. That kind of variety would make every random encounter feel less like a script and more like a person.

RDR2 already dipped into this. Shoot a guy in the arm and he'd clutch it, stagger around, sometimes say something that felt weirdly human. But that was 2018 and set in a slower world. GTA 6 is supposed to have this big leap in NPC AI, so I keep imagining Rockstar pushing those injury reactions way further. Different responses depending on where you hit them, how bad it is, whether they think they're dying or just pissed.

It's a small thing but it changes how the whole city feels. Instead of NPCs being props that scream and fall, they'd actually react like they understand what just happened. That unpredictability is what I want most from Vice City.

What's one small NPC behavior you're hoping makes the cut?
