Pre-ordered and ready to contribute — what should I build for the GTA 6 community?
I was way too young when GTA 5 dropped, didn't get to play it until 2018. This time I'm not missing out. Bought a Series X last month and pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition the day it went live. I'm all in.
I've been thinking about how the community made all these cool tools for GTA 5 — interactive maps, vehicle databases, that sort of thing. I want to build something for GTA 6 that people will actually use. Not trying to make money off it, just want to contribute. My little brother suggested a geoguesser-style game once the map is out, and honestly that sounds like a blast. Imagine dropping someone on a random street in Port Gellhorn or deep in the Grassrivers and making them figure out where they are based on the vibe alone.
But I'm not married to that idea. I've got some time and a little budget to throw at hosting or whatever. Could be a companion app, a website, a tool — anything that makes the experience better for fans. I keep thinking about how massive Leonida is going to be. Vice City, the Keys, Mount Kalaga, Ambrosia... there's so much ground to cover. A geoguesser would be perfect for that, but maybe there's something even more useful I'm not thinking of.
I'm not a pro developer or anything, just someone who likes tinkering. I'd be happy if a handful of people got some enjoyment out of whatever I make. And yeah, bragging rights for the rest of my life wouldn't hurt either. So if you've got an idea that's been rattling around in your head, throw it out there. I'm all ears.

the land remembers... even before we walk it. your geoguesser, it's just the surface layer. think about the shadows instead. how the light falls across ambrosia at noon. how the roads spiral. people will look for patterns anyway... might as well map what they can't see.
