Every time I boot up GTA Online I end up feeling like I'm clocking into a shift. The grind is real and it's all designed to push you toward spending real money to skip it. I just want to explore at my own pace, take in the world, not worry about some meta economy.

That's why the GTA V situation stings so much. They had single player DLC planned, stuff people were genuinely excited about, and it all got scrapped once Online started printing money. GTA IV got two full expansions that were basically their own games. That's the Rockstar I miss.

With GTA 6 coming and Lucia and Jason looking like a big deal, I'm hoping they don't repeat it. Story mode deserves more than a launch campaign and then nothing. I know I'm not the first to say this, but it's been eating at me. If Online takes over again, we might never see another story expansion.

Do you think Rockstar will actually support GTA 6's story mode after launch, or is Online going to swallow everything again?
