The mods finally gave the r/GTA6 wiki a proper overhaul. I remember it being pretty bare for a while, but now it's actually useful as we get closer to November. They've turned it into a central spot for official announcements, trailers, gameplay details, development stuff, previews, all of it. You can find the whole thing here.

They also put together a FAQ for the questions that keep getting asked over and over. That alone should cut down on the same threads every day. Editions, pricing, pre-orders, that kind of thing is all in there now.

The subreddit rules got updated too, and there's a new guide to post flairs. If you haven't looked at the rules in a while, now's the time. They made a point that the rules can't cover every single situation, so common sense still applies. Mods can still take action if something goes against the spirit of the rules even if it's not written out explicitly.

Here's what you'll find in the wiki:

  • Details on the world, characters, gameplay, and official announcements
  • Info on editions, pricing, pre-orders, and related questions
  • A look at the studios, leadership, writers, and other people involved
  • Coverage from publications and content creators
  • An explanation of post flairs and when to use them
  • The updated rules and guidelines

They said this is just the beginning and they'll keep updating it as new details come out. With release getting closer and the sub growing, having a central FAQ and clear rules is a good move. I'm just glad I won't have to see ten posts a day asking if there's a PC version.
