I've been in a few FiveM communities over the years and the scale of what's coming for GTA 6 RP is kind of insane to think about. We're not talking a few thousand members anymore. Some of these servers are gonna blow past 20k, maybe even 200k Discord members in the first week. The logistics of that are wild.

I'm genuinely curious how the big networks are planning to handle the backend without their staff burning out before the server even stabilizes. Whitelist applications alone are going to be a nightmare. Are we still doing manual reviews for every single app? Or are people moving toward some kind of AI-assisted scoring where a bot does the initial pass and flags the obvious trolls, then humans just handle the borderline cases? Because if you're getting thousands of apps a day, manual review just isn't sustainable.

Then there's the 24/7 moderation. Volunteer mod teams are already stretched thin on some of these servers. When the ticket queue hits triple digits and people are losing their minds because they can't get in, are we going to see paid moderation teams with actual response time guarantees? Like a proper support desk. That's a whole different budget conversation.

And let's be real, staff corruption and drama always spike when a server blows up. New mods get power trippy, favoritism creeps in, and suddenly the whitelist isn't so fair. How are the big servers planning to lock down SOPs and keep things clean when the hype is at its peak?

On the tech side, what tools are people using to keep the onboarding process fast? If a player has to wait 48 hours to get approved while another server processes them in 10 minutes, you're gonna bleed your playerbase before you even launch. Bots, automated interviews, instant verification, what's the play?

I know a few server owners lurk here. What's your operational plan looking like for the GTA 6 launch rush? Sticking with the old volunteer model or completely rethinking how you run things?
