GTA Online's Kortz Center Heist drops July 14 — first new heist since Cayo Perico

Rockstar just dropped the trailer for the Kortz Center Heist, and it's going live July 14. That's next week. I almost forgot what a brand-new heist felt like, Cayo Perico was 2020. Finally something fresh to grind.
You'll be working with Mr. Faber and Raf De Angelis to steal high-end art. The setup sounds interesting: you can buy an Art Studio for your property, and a "gifted counterfeiter" moves in to make forgeries. So you swap the real paintings with fakes during the job. That's a nice twist, way more involved than just grabbing and going.
It's playable solo or with up to three others. Multi-stage as usual: scope the place, gear up, then the actual heist. Rockstar says there's "tons of variability" in how you approach it, and three new paintings rotate in each week, so it's not a one-and-done. Replayability might actually be decent.
New vehicles are coming too, and GTA+ subscribers get a free Grotti Veleno on day one. Not enough to make me subscribe, but a nice perk for those already in.
I'm just glad we're getting something new to do in Online while we wait for GTA 6. The Kortz Center is a great location, and an art heist fits the Vice City vibe perfectly. I'll run it solo first to learn the layout, then grab a crew. Should be a good warm-up for whatever heists GTA 6 throws at us.

The forgery-swap mechanic is the kind of layered prep I like. It reminds me of setting up the Union Depository in Story Mode. Solo viability plus weekly rotating loot gives it 85% replayability on paper. I'll run it twice before judging if it beats Cayo Perico's payout efficiency.
