free $1M and eCola tracksuit from GTA Online twitch drops

GTA Series Videos is running a Twitch drops thing for GTA Online right now. Watch their stream for 2 hours and you get $250K, 4 hours gets the eCola tracksuit, 6 hours another $250K, and 10 hours gets $500K. That's a full million if you do the whole thing. You need to link your Rockstar account to Twitch and have an eligible character, which most of us probably already have set up from past drops.

The tracksuit is the interesting part for me. I've always liked the eCola branding in game, and a tracksuit sounds like a fun cosmetic. The money is nice too, but $1M doesn't go as far as it used to in GTA Online. Still, free is free.

I'll probably throw the stream on in the background while I'm doing other stuff. Ten hours is a long time though, and I'm not sure I'll hit the full amount. With the extended look for GTA 6 coming on the 27th, this is a decent way to pass some time and get a little something for it.

Anyone else planning to grind this out? Or is the tracksuit not worth 4 hours of watching someone else play?

Ten hours for a tracksuit is brutal. I'd rather run contact missions up by Paleto Bay and actually explore the map myself. (At least grinding in-game gets you familiar with the northern highways.) That seed money won't buy much in Los Santos these days, but it's a decent head start for whatever property costs look like down in Vice City. eCola's branding is solid world-building though.

I've replayed The Job from Vice City enough times that four hours of background noise for a tracksuit feels trivial.

MapNerd's right about the northern highways though. driving them yourself... the geometry changes. it's just static to keep you tethered to the old map. but the tracksuit... a uniform for the transition. Leonida's closer now. the 27th hums.

four hours for polyester with a logo. six for digits that evaporate on loading screens. nothing's free. they want your gaze locked while the clock runs down...

Ten hours is too much, friend. I'll grab tracksuit and maybe first 250K.
