Kortz Center heist on hard, full stealth, no kills — finally got the elite challenge done

Been grinding this one for a while with my crew. The Kortz Center heist is already a pain on normal, but doing it on hard with full stealth and zero kills? That's a whole different beast. We finally pulled it off last night and I'm still riding the high.

Setup was four players, all on comms. Sewer entrance, Annihilator stealth exit. The sewer approach is underrated — you skip most of the surface chaos and pop up right where you need to be. We didn't fire a single shot. Not one. Just careful movement, synchronized takedowns (well, not takedowns, we avoided everyone), and a lot of patience.

The awards you unlock for this are actually worth it. "Who's There?" for not being spotted, "Masterpiece" for the elite challenge (extra $200k), "Go Hard" for hard mode no deaths (another $200k), "Team Player" for the four-man run ($100k), and "Peace & Quiet" for zero kills. Plus you get to keep a painting for your mansion with "Private Collection". All in all, a nice payout and some rare bragging rights.

We used the guide from GTA Series Videos as a reference — not gonna lie, their walkthroughs are a lifesaver for the stealth routes. The key is timing the guard patterns in the vault room and not getting greedy with the loot. One guy grabs the painting, the others cover. The Annihilator exit is tense but so clean when it works.

Makes me really hope GTA 6's heists have this level of depth. If we can pull off something similar in Vice City with Lucia and Jason, I'll be in heaven. For now, I'm just happy to have this one in the books. The sewer entrance is the real MVP.
