xQc on why some big GTA RP streamers didn't get NoPixel 5.0 invites

Saw a Dexerto piece pop up about xQc weighing in on NoPixel 5.0 invites. Apparently he explained why some of the bigger GTA RP streamers didn't get an invite this time around. The article itself is basically just the headline and a one line summary, which is annoying because I actually want to know what he said.
NoPixel 5.0 has been a whole saga already. xQc has bounced in and out of that server for years, so if he's talking about why certain names are missing, there's probably some history there. But without the actual clip or a proper writeup, it's hard to tell if he's blaming drama, server politics, or just saying those streamers didn't apply. I know a few big RP people have had falling outs with NoPixel admins over the years, and some moved to other servers entirely.
With GTA 6 coming in November, I keep wondering how much longer the FiveM RP scene holds together before everyone migrates. NoPixel 5.0 might be the last big hurrah for GTA 5 RP, and if some of the most popular streamers aren't in it, that's a weird way to go out. Maybe xQc's explanation is more practical than dramatic, like server slots or scheduling. Or maybe it's exactly the kind of behind the scenes mess that makes RP servers exhausting.
Did anyone actually catch the stream where he talked about this? The Dexerto article doesn't include the reasons, so I'm left guessing. What do you think the real reason is for those streamers not getting NoPixel 5.0 invites?
