If GTA 6 Online businesses are as needy as GTA 5's I'm gonna lose it

I've been grinding my nightclub again and Marcel is driving me up the wall. Every single time some drunk idiot needs tossing out, I get the same call: "Thought you might wanna handle this one yourself?" No, Marcel, I don't. I pay you a small fortune to stand there in a stupid vest and you can't even bounce one guy? The whole point of hiring staff is so I don't have to be there 24/7.

It's the same with every business. The auto shop, the salvage yard, the car wash — why am I, the owner, the one delivering a customer's freshly washed car? Raf is literally right there. The salvage yard staff cost me half a million and they still can't be bothered to tow a vehicle unless I do it myself. I'm not asking for the world, just a phone call option to send an employee to grab a car or start a setup. Vincent already lets you call to launch the Cluckin' Bell finale, so the framework exists. They just didn't bother wiring it up for everything else.

If GTA 6 Online brings businesses back — and let's be real, it probably will — they need to be way more passive. I don't want to be a glorified errand boy for my own properties. Let the NPCs I hired actually earn their cut. Give me a management app on the in-game phone where I can assign tasks. Let me check in once a session to collect profits and handle the big decisions, not micromanage every delivery. The whole point of owning a business is that it works for you, not the other way around.

Rockstar has had years to figure this out. If GTA 6 Online launches with the same tired loop of "buy business, do all the work yourself, get paid peanuts," I'm gonna be so disappointed. The tech is there, the demand is there — just let us be bosses, not employees.
