GTA 6 limited edition DualSense controllers revealed, pre-orders Sept 10

Sony just revealed a pair of limited edition DualSense controllers themed around GTA 6 and they're launching the same day as the game, November 19. Pre-orders open September 10 at 10am local time through PlayStation Direct and select retailers.

The controllers have a shimmering iridescent finish, textured palm leaf details, and official GTA 6 branding. It's very Vice City, leaning into that luxury and style angle without being too over the top. The source didn't get into specific colorways, just that there are two versions.

I'm on PS5 so this is exactly the kind of thing I'd impulse buy at 10am and then regret when I see my bank account. But limited edition DualSense controllers tend to sell out fast, especially with a game this big. The palm leaf texture is a nice touch, feels like something Rockstar would actually put in the game's aesthetic.

No word on price yet, which is probably for the best because I don't need to know how much I'm about to spend. If you're planning to grab one, set an alarm for September 10 because these will be gone in minutes.

I still kick myself for not grabbing the Vice City box set back in the day. Learned my lesson, alarm's already set for the 10th.

Iridescent with the palm texture sounds right. Subtle enough that it doesn't scream merch shelf. These are absolutely selling out in minutes though, GTA scalpers move faster than anyone.
