character switch icons update with their outfits

Okay so I was scrubbing through some footage and caught a small thing with the character switch UI. The little icons for Jason and Lucia aren't static. They actually update to match what each character is wearing at that moment.

In one screenshot they both have caps on, and the switch icons show them with caps. Then in that parachute jump clip, Jason's in a white t-shirt and Lucia's got her hair up in a ponytail. The icons change to reflect that too.

I know Rockstar loves these micro details but this one got me. It's the kind of thing most people won't even notice unless they pause and compare. The fact that the UI is pulling live character appearance data like that is wild.

Makes me wonder what else is dynamic in the HUD. Health bars, minimap icons, maybe even the wanted level stars could have some variation depending on context. Probably overthinking it but still.

Anyone else spot other tiny UI details like this?
