So now I'm sitting here wondering if they actually have something or if this is just SEO bait for people googling how long the game is. We're three weeks out and Rockstar still hasn't given an official playtime estimate. Closest thing we have is that extended look from August and a bunch of previews talking about systems, not hours.

I get why people want the number. 80 bucks standard, 100 for ultimate, and you want to know if you're getting a 25 hour campaign or a 60 hour one. But with two protagonists and the whole Leonida map, I'm not sure story length is even the right metric. RDR2's story was long but a lot of that time was riding between beats. GTA 6 could be tighter and still feel bigger.

What I'd actually want from Insider Gaming is whether they heard anything from preview events or if they're just doing math based on mission counts. The article title says explained but the body doesn't explain anything. Maybe the full piece is behind something or it got cut off. Either way, the headline is doing heavy lifting.
