one metalcore hard rock station is all i ask for in gta 6

I know hip hop, rap, pop, country all pull bigger numbers. That's fine, keep every one of those stations. But there's a whole crowd of us who skip past all of it and just want something with actual guitars and screaming.

GTA 4 had rock stations, sure, but the tracklists were weak. I remember flipping through and never finding anything that hit. It felt like filler. I'd be happy with a single station dedicated to modern metalcore and hard rock.

Give me Slipknot, Motionless in White, Chevelle, Spiritbox. Bands like that. Stuff you'd actually hear at a show, not some safe classic rock playlist from 2004.

The whole soundtrack doesn't have to be built around it. I'd just like to cruise through Leonida at night with something heavy on and not have to rely on my own Spotify in the background.

Rockstar always nails the radio in these games. The talk stations, the Latin stuff, the synthwave. They clearly know how to curate. A metalcore station would fit right in with Vice City's whole vibe if they lean into the grittier side of the city.

If they're already putting 34 original tracks on the album, there's room for this. I'd even take a smaller station with like 15 songs. Just make it exist.

I'll be disappointed if I boot up GTA 6 and the heaviest thing on the dial is some butt rock from two decades ago. Give the metalheads one win.

Liberty City Hardcore was criminally short and I still think about it! One proper heavy station with Spiritbox on repeat would be perfect for those late-night Leonida drives.
