burger shot and cluckin bell are showing up in real life miami now

So Rockstar's latest GTA 6 marketing move is putting Burger Shot and Cluckin' Bell branding out in the real world around Miami. Dexerto's got a piece on it, saying the two fast food joints from the series are appearing as part of this whole Miami takeover they've been doing. I'm not sure if these are actual functioning restaurants or just big signs and storefronts, but either way it's wild to see those logos in photos of actual streets.
I remember spending way too much time at Cluckin' Bell in San Andreas, ordering the Cluckin' Little or whatever it was called. Now there's one on a corner in Florida? The marketing budget for this game must be absurd. They've already done billboards and beer labels and now this. It's like Rockstar decided to blur the line between the game and reality a month before launch.
Part of me wonders if this is just a pop-up thing for press or if it'll stick around after November 19. Would be a cool spot for fans to visit, but I can't imagine they'd keep a fake fast food chain running for long. Then again, Vice City is basically Miami, so maybe it fits the vibe.
What other in-game brands do you want to see pop up in real life before launch?
