gta 6 extended look hits netflix first today, here's when to watch
So the Extended Look is finally happening today. Rockstar's doing something a little different with this one, Netflix gets it first for six hours before it shows up anywhere else. I'm not sure how I feel about that, but whatever, I'll be watching.
If you've got Netflix, here's when it goes live on August 27:
- 3 PM ET
- 12 PM PT
- 8 PM BST
- 9 PM CEST
And if you're waiting for YouTube or the official site, it's up at 9 PM ET, 6 PM PT. So basically a six hour wait if you don't have a subscription. Netflix plans start at $9 a month with ads, $20 for standard, $27 for premium. I'm not signing up just for this, I'll catch it on YouTube later.
Rockstar hasn't said how long the Extended Look will run or what exactly it'll cover. No runtime, no feature list, nothing. Typical. But people are expecting brand new footage and a proper look at how the game actually plays. Driving, shooting, maybe a closer look at Vice City itself. If it's anything like the previous previews, we'll probably get a mix of cutscene and gameplay, but who knows.
I'm mostly curious if they'll show anything about Lucia and Jason's dynamic, or if it's just a sizzle reel. The last trailer was great but it left a lot open. This is supposed to be an extended look, so hopefully it's more than two minutes.

I need to see the car list. PROPER widebodies. Engine swaps that actually matter. If they're showing driving it better have some actual tuner culture in it and not just stock exotics. Give me drift sets and a proper dyno tune menu or it's a waste.
