NA fans getting GTA 6 last? PlayStation store shows staggered rollout

So the PlayStation Store listings are showing a staggered worldwide rollout for GTA 6, and North America is getting the short end of the stick. We're apparently among the last to actually get into Vice City on launch day.
I saw the Dexerto piece and it's pretty straightforward. The store pages for different regions have different unlock times, and the NA one is later than a bunch of others. Not by days or anything, but if you're on the east coast and some folks in Europe or Asia are already playing, that's a rough few hours.
This isn't some official Rockstar announcement, just what the store listings are showing. Could change, could be a placeholder, but it lines up with how some other big launches have gone. Midnight local time means New Zealand and Australia get it way before the US just because of time zones. But this sounds like it's more than that, like actual regional staggering beyond the normal time zone stuff.
I'm not gonna lie, I was planning to take the 19th off work and just grind from midnight. If I'm waiting until like 3am or later while my friends in other regions are already posting clips, that's gonna sting. And the spoiler situation is already bad enough with the extended look and all the preview coverage. Now I have to dodge social media for an extra chunk of the day?
What's weird is that Rockstar hasn't said anything about this directly. You'd think they'd want to manage expectations, especially for the biggest market. Maybe they're still finalizing server load stuff, or maybe the store listings are just wrong. I've seen that happen before with other games where the unlock time gets adjusted closer to launch.
Anyway, if you're in NA and were planning a midnight session, might want to temper that. Or just move to New Zealand for a week, I don't know.
Anyone seen the actual unlock times for their region? I'm curious how big the gap actually is.

Curious whether the unlock keys off your PSN account region or whatever region the console itself is set to. If it's the console clock, the old New Zealand trick might still work, though I've seen pre-loads get weird when people do that, licenses refusing to validate until the real local time anyway. Could be wrong, store listings have been placeholders plenty of times before. Anyone with a pre-order across two regions able to compare the pages?
