Solid walkthrough for the Kortz Center getaway vehicle preps
Stumbled on this no-commentary guide from GTA Series Videos that runs through all three getaway vehicle prep missions for the Kortz Center heist. If you're like me and want to see the routes before jumping in, it's a clean watch.
They cover the Manchez bike, the Armored Caracara, and the Annihilator Stealth. The Manchez one looks like a quick snatch and ride, nothing too crazy. The Caracara seems like it could get messy if you attract attention, but that armor probably helps. The stealth Annihilator prep is the one I'm most curious about, you've gotta weave around patrols and not spook anyone.
I've been running these solo and having a visual reference makes a difference. The video's in 4K 60fps so you can actually see what's going on, no annoying voiceover either.
Which getaway vehicle are you guys planning to use for the heist? I'm leaning Annihilator for the cool factor, but the Caracara might be smarter if things go loud.

Manchez only. It's LIGHT and flickable and that armored brick can't hang.
that armored brick can't hang
Sure, but neither can the Manchez when you're eating pavement at ninety with a million dollars in duffel bags. I've always thought the getaway is where the heist finds its rhythm, the final beat that either sings or falls flat.
The Annihilator's the one that feels like a proper exit. Hovering past searchlights, no HUD blinking red, just rotor wash and the downtown glow. It's got patience. The Caracara's for when you want to bulldoze through the third act, and the bike's for when you're convinced you're Steve McQueen.
Me? I'm taking the chopper. Let the streets stay down there.
LIGHT and flickable
That ends when the first interceptor pits you into a wall. Caracara soaks rounds and protects the take. Annihilator only works with disciplined comms and a pilot who hits the LZ cold. I'm defaulting to the truck. Armor buys time. Time is payout efficiency.
I'm biased because I main the cop side of these games, but the Annihilator always feels like it skips the best part. Ground pursuit is where the AI actually has to work. Roadblocks. Unit coordination. The Caracara at least keeps that loop alive.
armor buys time
That's the only prep that really tests the response system. You can watch the game throw heavies and try to box you in. The bike's just an evasion check. Hold the throttle and ignore the sirens.
I'm hoping GTA 6 makes armor matter for Leonida PD. Right now it's basically a health bar. Give me spike strips for bikes and AP rounds for armored trucks. Let the cops adapt their loadouts to the threat.
