Rockstar quietly dropped a massive update for the GTA Online Mission Creator, and it's way more than just a few new props. GTA Series Videos put up a no-commentary walkthrough of the new example mission, and it shows off some stuff that feels like it's straight out of a single-player DLC.

Warp points are the big one. You can now teleport players between areas, simulate elevators, vehicle transitions, or walking into a building. That alone opens up multi-stage heist setups without awkward loading screens. The disguise system is another game-changer — you can swap outfits mid-mission and have NPCs react differently depending on what you're wearing. Think stealth sections where you need to blend in.

They also added CCTV cameras you can hack, and proper stealth mechanics around them. Zombies are in now too, with their own behavior, so survival horror jobs are about to get a lot more interesting. The actor list got a holiday-themed injection: Santa, elves, Krampus, the Yeti, Sasquatch, and aliens are all placeable. Missions can now have up to five cutscenes instead of three, and you can assign specific tasks to players during those cutscenes. Props can slide, move, and rotate, and there's a UFO prop that's definitely going to end up in every other job for the next month.

More vehicles are available in the Creator, plus a bunch of smaller quality-of-life tweaks. It's all part of the same Title Update 1.73 that brought the Kortz Center Heist, but the Creator stuff didn't get much attention in the patch notes. Seeing it in action, it's clear Rockstar is testing systems that could easily carry over to GTA 6's online mode. Warp points and disguises feel like they're built for a more narrative-driven multiplayer experience. I'm not saying this is a direct preview, but the timing is interesting.

Anyway, the community's already going nuts with the new tools. If you're still grinding contact missions, this might be a good excuse to mess around in the Creator and see what's possible. The UFO prop alone is worth the download.
