first business you're maining in gta 6 online? and what leonida-specific business would you add?

Bunker first. Always bunker. The passive weapon parts income in GTA Online was $90k per hour with full upgrades, and you only had to sell every 2.5 hours. If they bring back that model in Leonida, I'm setting up in Port Gellhorn day one. MC businesses are a trap until you have a nightclub to launder them. Cayo Perico cooldowns made me hate active grinding. So I'm going full passive from the jump.
For a Leonida-specific business, I'd want a high-end car theft ring tied to the Vice City nightlife. Steal supercars from club valet lots, strip them in a chop shop under a South Beach hotel. Payout: $300k per car, 2-hour cooldown, 15-minute mission. That's $150k per hour active, but you can stack it with bunker. Break-even on the shop upgrade would be 4 cars. Done.

One ramp out means first responding units seal it in thirty seconds. You'd need multiple exits or the AI's dead on arrival.
Bunker logic seems solid, but I'm wondering if Port Gellhorn's layout might slow down supply runs compared to the city. The map could be bigger than we think.

LSPDfan's got a point there. You'd be boxed in immediately, and knowing these games, the vehicle exit physics might snap your trailer on the curb anyway. Maybe a barge dock could work as a secondary exit? I don't know if they'd bother with that level of pathing though.
Your car theft idea sounds fun, but $300k per car might be optimistic. Could be closer to $150k if they balance it like Cayo. Would they even let us run it fully passive, or would you need to drive every single vehicle yourself?
