PC Gamer's "no GTA 6 in November" list is a rough read for us PC folks

PC Gamer put up a piece about what you can play on PC in November 2026, framed around the fact that GTA 6 isn't coming to our platform. The headline basically says it all. No GTA 6 November for PC players, here's a list of other stuff instead.
What's actually on the list? World of Warcraft: Forever, Warhammer Survivors, and a pile of updates to games people already own. That's the November slate they're offering up as a substitute.
I get it. There's no PC version announced, so of course the outlets are going to write the "here's your consolation prize" post. Doesn't make it sting any less. Everyone on PS5 and Xbox is going to be knee deep in Leonida on November 19 while we're out here reading patch notes for a survival game.
World of Warcraft: Forever, Warhammer Survivors, and a batch of fresh updates.
That's the whole pitch. A Blizzard thing, a Warhammer spinoff, and some updates. No shade to anyone who's into those, but it's not exactly Jason and Lucia driving through Vice City at sunset, is it.
the part that bugs me
It's not that PC Gamer wrote the article. It's that we're in November of the launch year and there's still no word on a port. Not a date, not a window, not a "we hear you." Just silence, and a list of games to play instead.
I've been through this dance before with Rockstar. GTA 5 took its sweet time getting to PC, RDR2 took even longer. So I know how this goes. Doesn't mean I have to like reading a shopping list of alternatives while the console crowd gets the real thing.
what I'm actually doing
Probably watching streams, honestly. I'll spoil the map for myself, get mad about the frame rate on someone else's setup, and then wait for the eventual announcement like everyone else. Maybe I'll finally clear the backlog. Maybe I'll play Warhammer Survivors out of spite.
The updates angle is the only thing that's kind of nice here. At least the games I already own are getting some love in a month where everything else is going to be drowned out by one release. Small comfort. I'll take it.
