insider gaming put up a guide on the ps5 new zealand trick for gta 6, time zones and all

Saw Insider Gaming dropped a piece on the old New Zealand trick for GTA 6 on PS5. They put together a time zone breakdown so you can see exactly when the game unlocks if you switch your console region.

I know this trick has been around forever, but it's still funny to me that people are dusting it off for a launch this big. Some folks swear it works on PlayStation without any issues, others say Sony has tightened things up with recent firmware. That PS5 firmware update thread from last week got me wondering if they'd block region switching somehow.

The guide itself is short, just the basics and a table of time zones. Not much new info if you've done this before, but handy for first timers who don't want to wait until midnight local time.

I'm still on the fence. Part of me wants to just do it and start playing as early as possible. Another part doesn't want to risk my account getting flagged for something dumb. Probably nothing happens, but still.

Anyone actually planning to set their console to Wellington next week, or is this more trouble than it's worth?
