fidelity vs performance mode - i'm going 30fps for those vice city neon reflections

ok so we all know it's coming, the choice between fidelity and performance mode in gta 6, and i'm already locked in on fidelity. i don't care if it's 30fps, i need those ray traced reflections on the wet streets at night with all the neon signs from the trailers. the way the light bounces off the puddles in the first trailer, and then the second one showing the strip at night with all those colors, i can't imagine playing that at 60fps if it means the lighting gets dialed back. it's vice city, the whole vibe is the neon glow and the humidity, and ray tracing just makes that pop.

i know some people will say 60fps is smoother for driving and shooting, but honestly for a single player story i'll take the eye candy. if the motion blur is as good as rdr2's, 30fps feels fine. plus i bet the cutscenes and the world detail will look way better. i'm not trying to be competitive, i just want to cruise down ocean drive at sunset and see every reflection. what are you all picking?
