Brown Mountain Lights at Mt. Kalaga? Could tie into the UFO lore

So I was reading about the real Brown Mountain Lights in North Carolina, and it got me thinking about Mt. Kalaga. The actual mountain it's based on, Table Rock, is one of the spots where people have reported seeing these weird glowing orbs for centuries. Some say aliens, some say ghost lights, the USGS says it's just headlights refracting through the atmosphere. Nobody really agrees.

Rockstar loves that kind of ambiguity. We already got UFOs on Mt. Chiliad in GTA 5 and on Mt. Shann in RDR2. A mountain with its own unexplained light phenomenon feels like a perfect setup for the next one. I'd be shocked if they don't do something with it.

The Jules Verne connection makes it even better. He wrote a novel where a mad scientist was building an airship under Table Rock, and the lights were from his experiments. That's exactly the kind of pulp sci-fi nonsense Rockstar would twist into something creepy. Maybe we find an old lab entrance halfway up the mountain, or a crashed prototype that flickers to life at 3am.

And then there's Cal Hampton. The guy's whole deal is "what if everything on the internet was true?" He's clearly a conspiracy nut. I could see him being the one who sends Jason and Lucia up there to investigate, maybe introducing them to some backwoods hermit who's been watching the lights for decades. GTA 5 had the Epsilon stuff and the hippie camp, RDR2 had the strange man and the UFO cult. A paranoid hillbilly handing out paranormal missions in Leonida would fit right in.

Between Mt. Kalaga and whatever Rockstar does with the Leonida version of the Bermuda Triangle, I think we're in for some genuinely unsettling moments. The swamps at night, the mountain fog, the ocean just offshore. Plenty of room for things that don't make sense.
