Miami filming with the tank could be for the Netflix Extended Look, not just Squeezie's project

I keep thinking about that weird filming setup in Miami back in May. Road closures, police presence, even a tank. Someone on the ground said a cop told them it was for a video game trailer. At the time, everyone figured it was Squeezie's GTA 6 IRL project, which makes sense, he was in the area doing something big. But we still don't know when that video drops or what exactly it is.

Now Rockstar announces the Extended Look is coming to Netflix on August 27. And I can't shake the feeling that maybe, just maybe, that Miami shoot wasn't just for Squeezie. What if Rockstar was involved too? A live-action teaser or some kind of hybrid segment for the Netflix special? It's not like they haven't done weird marketing stunts before.

No proof, obviously. Just a coincidence that's been sitting in the back of my head since the announcement. The timing is interesting though. If Squeezie's thing was the only reason for the tank and the road closures, you'd think we would've seen it by now. But it's been months and nothing. Meanwhile Rockstar drops this Netflix thing out of nowhere.

Could be nothing. Could be something. Either way, I'm just glad we're getting new footage soon.
