August is looking like the month for GTA 6 news, here's why I think so

July's been dead quiet and I'm not expecting anything else this month, especially after the screenshots and pre-orders in June. But August? That's where things get interesting.

Take-Two has their next investor call on August 7. Rockstar loves dropping something right before or right after those calls, keeps the shareholders happy and the hype train rolling. Then on August 10 we hit the 100 day countdown to release. That's a nice round number for a trailer or some new info. And August 19 marks exactly 3 months out from November 19. If they're following a similar pattern to RDR2, that 3 month window is prime time for a gameplay deep dive or at least a proper story trailer.

Plus August is the last full month of summer, and they did say "coming Fall 2026" so I feel like they'll want to make some noise before summer wraps up. I'm not saying we're getting a full blowout, but a trailer 3 or a big preview event seems pretty likely. What do you guys think, are we getting something in August or is Rockstar gonna keep us waiting until September?
