Ultimate Edition preorder: the $20 gap and my completionist brain

I went Ultimate. The $20 gap is real money, but I've been burned before by missing out on exclusive content that later becomes unobtainable. GTA V's Special Edition had the .50 Caliber Pistol and the Bullpup Shotgun, both available at Ammu-Nation for free from the start. That changed the early-game weapon economy for me, and I'm still using those in Director Mode setups. If the Ultimate Edition includes a unique vehicle or a property that ties into a side mission chain, I don't want to be locked out. I'm at 100% on every 3D and HD era title, and I'd rather pay the premium now than have a permanent gap in my completion checklist.
The Vintage Vice City Pack is a pre-order bonus for both editions, so that's not the deciding factor. What tips me is the possibility of a bonus Strangers and Freaks mission or a safehouse with a unique interior. Rockstar did that with the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack for GTA Online, and while that was a separate purchase, it added a few exclusive missions. I'm betting the Ultimate Edition will have something similar for single-player. $20 is two hours of work for me, and I'll get more than two hours of enjoyment out of a well-designed side mission. If it's just cosmetics, I'll be annoyed, but I'm not willing to risk it.
What's your threshold for a $20 upgrade? Does a unique weapon skin move the needle, or do you need something that actually changes how you play?
I'm in the same boat but for totally different reasons. (Map nerd brain hits different.) If that Ultimate Edition drops a safehouse with a unique interior somewhere north of Vice City, maybe up near Mount Kalaga or along the Grassrivers, I'm paying the twenty. Getting locked out of a specific vantage point or a property that opens up a hidden area would sting. Rockstar loves gating views.
Weapon skins don't move the needle. A garage in Port Gellhorn with a side entrance to the docks? That's map geometry I need to see.
a permanent gap in my completion checklistis exactly the feeling, except mine is an empty spot on the map.
Two hours of work for a new interior to explore. That's a steal in my book.
