my npc test list for launch day, what's on yours?

I've been putting together a mental list of NPC experiments for launch day. Nothing too crazy, just stuff I want to see if Rockstar actually accounted for.
- Steal someone's car while they're inside a shop, then switch to the other protagonist and wait nearby. Do they come out and notice it's gone? If I'm still parked in it and they spot me, does the game still treat it as their car or did it become mine because nobody saw the theft?
- Pick up a street worker and then text Lucia to meet up. Curious if she reacts differently based on who I'm with or where we are.
- Rob a store after hours. Not sure if it'll be easier with no customers around or if the alarm system gets more aggressive.
- Post up on a rooftop with a sniper and start picking people off. I want to time how long it takes for a witness to actually spot me and call it in. In past games it was almost instant if you were visible, but with the new line of sight stuff I'm not so sure.
- Provoke one gang, then lead them into rival territory. See if I can trigger a full on shootout without firing a shot myself.
- Try breaking into mansions in the rich neighborhoods. Not expecting full interiors everywhere, but maybe some have open windows or unlocked back doors.
Half of these might be too ambitious for the systems they actually built. The other half could end up being the best part of the first week. What are you testing with NPCs before you even touch a mission?
