2023 vs 2026 gta 6 logo, the new one finally feels right

I remember when the 2023 logo dropped and everyone called it classy. I get that, but something about the weighting always bugged me. It felt lopsided, like the VI was pulling too much visual weight to one side. The new version they've been using this year fixes that completely.

The changes are subtle but they matter. The frame gradient is now all white instead of that weird off-white fade. The border is twice as thick, which makes the whole thing read better from a distance. Text size got a slight bump too. And the blue at the top? It pops way more now. On a phone screen or a store shelf you can actually tell what you're looking at without squinting.

One thing I noticed in some fan edits, there's this weird filled area above and below the "nd" in the new logo. But that's just photo software artifacts from whoever made the comparison image. The official versions don't have it. So ignore that if you see it floating around.

I wasn't sure about the redesign at first because the old one had that classic Vice City vibe. But side by side the new one just works better. It's cleaner and more balanced. Rockstar's design team clearly spent time on this, and it's the logo that'll be on the box come November. It earned that spot.
