Is anyone else getting frustrated with the marketing blackout? GTA 5 had way more trailers by now.

I don't know about you guys, but this silence is really starting to wear on me. We're three and a half months from launch and all we've got are two trailers. No screenshots, no gameplay, no character deep dives, no billboards. Just... nothing.

I keep thinking back to GTA 5's run-up. By this point before release we'd already seen like four or five different trailers. Michael, Franklin, Trevor each got their own spotlight. There was a full gameplay reveal. The hype felt like it was building naturally. With GTA 6 it's just a void.

Rockstar said marketing would kick off in the summer, but summer's almost over and we've got nothing to show for it. I get that they want to keep things close to the chest, and maybe the game is so huge they don't need to show much, but as a fan it's not fun. It's just frustrating.

At this point I'm starting to wonder if we'll even get a third trailer. Maybe they'll drop one more thing right before launch and call it a day. The whole approach feels so different from anything they've done before, and I'm not sure it's working for me.

Are you guys okay with the silence, or is it driving you nuts too?
