the dog's eye shine in the extended look intro is a nice touch

Rewatching the extended look and caught something tiny in the opening scene.

Jason walks up to that dog, gives it a quick pet, then heads over to the pickup. Standard stuff. But if you keep watching the dog after Jason turns away, its eyes do something.

There's a reflective layer in the retina called tapetum lucidum. It's what makes animal eyes shine in low light. In the shot, it only shows up as the camera angle shifts while Jason is walking off. It's not there the whole time. The angle has to hit just right for the reflection to appear.

That's the kind of small thing Rockstar slips in that most people won't notice on first watch. Makes the world feel a little more alive without anyone shouting about it. I don't think this got talked about much, but it's a cool detail.

Makes me want to go frame by frame through the rest of the extended look to see what else is hiding.
