The joke obviously is that Rockstar's only confirmed PS5 and Xbox Series X|S for November 19. No PC, no last gen, no Switch 2, nothing else. So the meme is basically a giant middle finger to anyone hoping for a port. And honestly it's the funniest way I've seen the community cope with the wait.
