I know everyone jokes about the strip club being the first stop, but let's be real for a second. What are you actually going to do the moment free roam opens up?

For me, I want to soak in Vice City first. Just drive around, see how dense it feels, check out the neon, the beach, all that. I'll get to the other parts of Leonida later, but Vice City is the main event for me.

But my absolute first thing, before I even think about exploring properly, is to see if you can steal a fighter jet. In GTA 5 it was possible but tricky, and I'm hoping they kept that. I'm heading straight to the airport or whatever military base exists, and I'm going to try. If it's not possible, fine, but I need to know.

Also checking out the airport in general. I want to see if there are more interiors, if you can actually go inside terminals, stuff like that. GTA 5's airport was kind of dead outside of the hangar.

I remember in Vice City stories you could get a jet from the military base, but that was a different era. I'm curious if Rockstar made it easier or harder this time. Maybe they'll have some kind of wanted level system that makes it a real challenge.

What about you guys? What's the first thing you're doing when you get control?

Airport's a solid pick. I'm timing how fast the wanted response escalates, then checking how many trailer vehicles actually spawn in traffic.

I'm doing the opposite (sorry), cruising south out of Vice City toward the Keys to see how the causeway feels. GTA V's airport was a ghost town, so I'd temper those terminal hopes.
