Garbut says Rockstar is overdelivering on GTA 6 because the pressure is huge

Caught this GamesRadar piece with Aaron Garbut, one of the co-studio heads at Rockstar North, and he's talking about the pressure behind GTA 6. His basic point is that the expectations are massive, so the team's response was to overdeliver rather than play it safe.
The headline says Rockstar is flashing its wallet and not compromising on detail or scale, which lines up with what Garbut said about the pressure being huge and them doing their best to overdeliver.
That's not a promise of a specific feature or a map size number, but it fits with everything else we've heard about Leonida being their biggest map and the extended look showing off a ridiculous amount of systems. I'm not reading too much into a single quote, but it's nice to hear a Rockstar lead say the quiet part out loud. They know the expectations are absurd.
What gets me is the word overdeliver. Rockstar has spent years not saying much, and now we're getting these little confidence leaks from interviews and previews. The French mag preview compared it to seeing Avatar in 2009, the weather system got confirmed, and now Garbut is talking about overdelivering. It's a pattern.
I still don't want to set myself up for disappointment. Every GTA game has had some cut feature or downgrade from the first trailer. But hearing a co-studio head say they dealt with pressure by overdelivering, not by trimming scope, is a good sign.
Anyway, November can't come fast enough.
