PS5 game sharing and the Ultimate Edition bonuses — does the second account get locked out?

So my buddy and I game share on PS5. He's planning to pre-order the GTA 6 Ultimate Edition on his account, and I'll be able to play the base game through console sharing. That part's straightforward.

But what about the Ultimate Edition extras? The Vintage Vice City Pack, the bonus outfits, the extra GTA$ for Online — in every Rockstar game I can remember, those are treated like consumable DLC and tied to the purchasing account. GTA V's special editions worked that way, and RDR2's too. The second account could play the game, but the bonus content was a no-go.

So if I want that stuff on my own account, what are my options? Do I really have to drop another $99.99 for the full Ultimate Edition, or is Rockstar going to offer a separate upgrade add-on like some other publishers do? I haven't seen anything official about an upgrade path, and the PS Store just shows the two editions right now.

I'm trying to remember if they ever sold a standalone upgrade for the GTA V Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack or the RDR2 Special Edition content. I think some of that stuff eventually became available separately, but not right away. Maybe they'll do the same here, but with the game still months out, it's all guesswork.

Has anyone dug into the PS Store backend or seen any hints about an upgrade option? Would love to know if I should just bite the bullet and pre-order myself.
