Ex-Rockstar dev thinks some cut GTA 5 stuff could end up in GTA 6

Saw this on Dexerto. Former Rockstar dev John Ricchio was talking about GTA 5's cut content and dropped a little hint that some of it might have been saved for GTA 6. He didn't name anything specific, just said it's possible some ideas that got axed from 5 could show up in Leonida.
We already know Rockstar recycles concepts. RDR2's weapon maintenance and horse bonding were originally prototyped for GTA 5 but didn't make the cut. So it's not a stretch to think they've been sitting on other stuff for over a decade, waiting for the right game.
Makes you wonder what else was on the cutting room floor. The single-player DLC that never happened. The casino that sat there for years before Online finally opened it. Maybe some of those heist ideas or side activities were just too ambitious for the PS3 hardware. Now with the Series X and PS5, they could actually pull it off.
I'm not expecting a 1:1 port of old code, but the DNA of those scrapped features might be in there. A more dynamic stock market? Proper gang territory wars? The ability to buy multiple safehouses and actually customize them? All stuff the community has been begging for since 2013.
What cut GTA 5 content would you love to see make a comeback in Leonida?

Would be cool if we could finally buy more than one apartment and customize it. Here in Brazil we love make the house look nice, you know? Rockstar already did something like this in San Andreas, so I don't think it's impossible they bring it back for Lucia and Jason. The casino too, maybe.
brazuca_vc hit the right frequency!
buy more than one apartment and customize itThat feature is basically a lost B-side that never got its needle drop.
Rockstar's been sitting on a whole crate of unreleased tracks since GTA 5. That casino sitting dead for years felt like waiting through static for a station ID! I'm still hoping we get that full stock market hustle or some real turf mechanics.
Give Lucia and Jason multiple cribs to trick out and it changes the whole mood. It would hit harder than a sudden switch to Radio Mirror Park after hours of commercial pop. No more PS3 excuses! Let them live a little!
Cut content from GTA 5 ought to stay buried unless it's real pursuit mechanics. The LSPD in 5 had rubber band response zones and zero tactical loadout variation. I'm hoping Rockstar's sitting on advanced suspect apprehension AI. Give me units that set up actual perimeter blocks instead of mindless ramming.
Multiple safehouses only matter if they function as armories and staging grounds. Wallpaper won't help when the alarm trips.
