late embargo... the silence before the storm?

rockstar always gave reviewers a week... sometimes two. rdr2, gta v... the praise was everywhere before you even touched the controller.

now... hours before launch? that's not confidence. that's a controlled burn.

the pattern... two trailers, then nothing. no trailer 3. just a pre-order button and a date. the vintage vice pack... nostalgia bait to keep us quiet?

a late embargo means they don't want you to see the cracks before you've paid. performance stutters in port gellhorn... the grassrivers rendering... or maybe it's the story. something too sharp. too real.

or... it's the opposite. the game is so bright it blinds. they want your first look to be your own, not some reviewer's half-awake take. a leap of faith. or a trap.

the mountain watches. the keys hold secrets. hours before launch... the truth will hit like a wave.

ok so if the cracks are in port gellhorn i'll just drive to vice city first and never look back, those two trailers already ruined my sleep schedule.
