Could Rockstar borrow 2K's sports tech for GTA 6 minigames?

I was thinking about the golf and basketball minigames we might get in GTA 6, and something hit me. Rockstar and 2K are both under Take-Two, right? So what's stopping them from sharing some of that sweet, sweet sports game tech?

GTA 5 had golf, and it was fine for what it was, but let's be real, it was pretty barebones. Now 2K has PGA 2K and obviously NBA 2K, with mechanics that feel way more polished. If Rockstar wanted to add a proper golf course or a streetball court in Vice City, they could just... borrow some of that 2K magic, couldn't they?

I know it's not that simple. Different engines, different teams, probably a ton of legal and technical hurdles even within the same parent company. But it's fun to imagine. When GTA 5 dropped, 2K didn't even have a golf game, so there was nothing to borrow. Now there is. Has anyone ever heard of Take-Two studios sharing tech like that? I can't think of a single example, but maybe I'm missing something.

I'm not expecting full-on NBA 2K simulation, but even a lite version of those mechanics would make the sports minigames feel way more alive. What do you all think, any chance Rockstar and 2K would actually collaborate on something like this?
