freeing the zoo animals is my first goal in gta 6
The zoo date stuff from the extended look got me thinking about what Rockstar is actually going to let us do in there. I know it's probably just a cute activity for Lucia and Jason, but my brain immediately went to the worst possible scenarios.
Like, can you lure an NPC into the gorilla enclosure and shut the door? Or do you just trip and fall in with a tiger by accident? I'd be lying if I said I haven't already planned a few "accidents" for the first time I visit.
Then there's the crime angle. A dark syndicate paying you to off one of the animals or steal it for some rich collector's private menagerie feels very GTA. Rockstar loves those morally gross side missions, and a zoo is perfect for it. I could see a whole string of jobs around animal trafficking, which would be messed up but also exactly the kind of thing this series does.
But my real goal is simpler. I want to open every cage and gate I can find and just watch the chaos. Let the animals roam the park, see how the NPCs react, see if the cops show up. If Rockstar built a living zoo with actual animal AI, they probably built some kind of response for when things go wrong. I'm not expecting a full ecosystem collapse, but even a few loose predators causing panic would be enough for me.
I'm definitely spending my first few hours at the zoo seeing what the game lets me get away with.
