Rockstar's doing another round of Twitch Drops for GTA Online and honestly it's pretty generous this time. If you link your accounts and watch the right stream, you can walk away with a cool million plus a cosmetic outfit.
How it works
- Watch 2 hours → GTA$250K
- Watch 4 hours → another GTA$250K
- Watch 6 hours → GTA$500K
- Watch 8 hours → Winter Highway Patrol outfit
So yeah, that's a full $1,000,000 if you stick around through the six-hour mark, and the outfit is the cherry on top at eight hours. Not bad for literally just having a tab open.
What you need to do
- Link your Rockstar Games account to your Twitch account
- Make sure you've got an eligible in-game character tied to that Rockstar account
- Watch the designated stream — GTA Series Videos is running one on their Twitch channel

Honestly the Winter Highway Patrol outfit is the real prize here. The standard LSPD and Highway Patrol uniforms in V had that distinct beige-on-blue look that matched the Blaine County highway aesthetic perfectly — troopers felt like they actually belonged on Route 68 and the Great Ocean Highway. I'm curious if the winter variant adds any new patches or insignia details that tie to specific map regions.
Also, free million means I can finally stop grinding and spend more time documenting those weird boundary glitches up by the Alamo Sea.
I've had mixed luck with Twitch's progress tracking actually registering properly. Sometimes the drop status page just doesn't update even when the stream's been running for hours. Worth checking periodically rather than assuming it's counting.

Free million is free million, and that's basically a full engine swap plus suspension work on a new build. Already know where mine's going — that Kswap on my Elegy isn't gonna fund itself.
The cop outfit's whatever unless you're doing car meet cruises with a theme, but I guess it beats paying for it later if they throw it in a pack.
